On Valentines Day, I ordered flowers for my girl friend who was away in Phnom Penh. Phnom Penh Flower got them there the same day and on time! My girlfriend loved them. Excellent arrangement and fast service. He was very responsive and spoke English well. Website is fast and simple, and they will contact you by email. Very fast response. Great service! Everything was great! From ordering in the website to the flowers being delivered.
